While we spend time working out to improve our physical fitness we sometimes forget about our mental fitness.


This is where mental fitness training comes in!


The © Positive Intelligence app was developed by Shirzad Chamine to build your mental fitness by working on the 3 core mental muscles.


By incorporating this brain training tool into your coaching sessions we can work together towards achieving your goals.

This work is a combination of the latest breakthroughs in neuroscience, cognitive and positive psychology and performance science. 

Mental Fitness is your ability to respond to life's challenges with a positive rather than a negative mindset when faced with challenging situations and circumstances.

Rocky Shore

As part of the coaching process, the mental fitness training will be an addition to the coaching sessions and will include the following -

  • Saboteur Assessment & PQ Assessment (Positive Intelligence Quotient) prior to starting

  • 8 Week Mental Fitness Training

  • PQ App download information & access

  • Weekly video from Shirzad Chamine (Saturday)

  • Weekly coaching sessions w/ your coach

  • Complimentary access to 8 Chapters of Shirzad's book Positive Intelligence (PDF provided)


You will have the option at the end of the 8 weeks to maintain the program for one year based on your completed work to date or for an additional fee to continue on the *Grow Module on the © Positive Intelligence App.
